They can allow / disallow whoever they like to enter .

In all the years I've entered Israeli dominated spaces in Thailand (they all had Thai staff) I never once saw a Thai customer enter though of course they would have been welcome.

If Chabad is banning the very oddball non-Jewish Thai who wants to go there, that is wrong, but again, this issue has been way overblown.

There is also the very real security concerns especially in South Thailand with so many Muslims.

It would extremely irresponsible to not have good security screening at Chabad houses. It is OK if Jews would prefer not to be blown up?

I don't think the RTP and DSI can be classed as "oddball non-Jewish" in their own country. I guess that's what they are sorting out right now.

Chabad houses are on Thai land subject to Thai law so not defending what was reported about that.

I was talking about regular Thai people who for some reason want to hang out at a space designed for religious Jews.

That would be very very rarae and at the very least any such person needs to be carefully screened for security reasons.
