We a farang family. No one work here. Our son is going to a international school (regents).

They told they can give us papers to get a visa for us because our son is defendant of us.

But for some reason this will work only for one of us.

In http://www.lawyer.th.com/National_Police_O...er_Oct_2006.pdf I cannot see anything related to the number of parents.

So I assume that we both can get the O visa?

Had anyone have a _real_ personal experience on getting such kind of visa?

If the school told you only one and they do it all the time.. Why 'assume' that 'you both can get the O visa' ??

My buddy just did this.. And got one visa.

It is indeed one parent only per child.
