80 year old man shot in the back in apparent motiveless attack.

On Wednesday Afternoon, Police Sub-Lieutenant Virat from Banglamung Police Station made his way to the Banglamung Hospital to investigate a shooting which had taken place at house number 161 in Soi Danman 14 in Nongprue.

The victim of the shooting was the house owner, Khun Tee aged 80. He sustained a single bullet wound in his back and remarkably appeared un-phased by all the commotion surrounding the shooting. There were no witnesses to the shooting and the victim could not offer any motive behind the attack.

Police theorize that someone may have shot him by mistake.
