libya 115 Posted September 5, 2007 Share Posted September 5, 2007 SOURCE: Pattaya City News: September 5th 2007 Pregnant Woman seriously injured in Central Pattaya road crash. Police and Rescue Workers made their way to the front of the Maire Villae Market in Central Pattaya just before 3.30 on Wednesday Morning after receiving reports of a road accident which left three people injured, one of which was heavily pregnant. Arriving at the scene Rescue Workers began by attending to Khun Poorirat aged 27 who is 7 months pregnant. Her Husband, Khun Taweewong aged 31 and another man, Khun Niran aged 21 were also injured. Witnesses mentioned that Khun Niran’s motorbike hot the back of the bike driven by Khun Taweewong. The pregnant woman was thrown from the bike along with her Husband and Khun Niran who were not seriously injured. Doctors tell us that further tests are required before they can be sure that the Fetus is unharmed. For now, Khun Poorirat remains in Hospital under close observation.
