for those who have expressed an interest in something alternative. The pros and cons of Malaysia vs Thailand have been discussed ad nauseam, but it goes without saying that it would indeed be nice if there was a similar scheme here. However, for some, like myself, the attactions of Thailand, even through the quagmire of hurdles, is still a more attractive option, and provided you abide by the rules, and meet qualifications, it is certainly doable, as many would attest.
