What Visa?

Im really sorry if this has been posted before but someone mght have a quick answer:

I am married to a Thai woman and we have one son;we have been living in the UK and would like to (re)emigrate to Thailand - what sort of Visa would I apply for? I am planning to study at university level in Bangkok,will this have a bearing on the typoe of Visa?

Multi entry non immigrant O Visa . Based on visiting Thai Wife This will give you up to 15 months stay needing you to exit and re entry Thailand every 90 days.

This can be extended in Thailand every 12 months with proof of family income of 40,000 Baht a month.

There may be education options that others will tell you about.

Very basically. Have 3 years of anual extensions. Work and pay a load of tax. Learn to speak Thai.
