I know some of our members are, like me, using CAT Telecom CDMA service with a Sierra 580 aircard. The driver supplied works well enough with WIndows XP but doesn't support Vista. Oh dear!! ...... However I've discovered a new driver can be obtained here:

The link shows that it's for Telecom NZ, but it works without any issues in Thailand with CAT Telecom. No need to do anything other than install it (without the card plugged in).

Hope this is of help to those wishing to upgrade to Vista
