There is a magazine thats gets brought out once a month, but forgotten the name! Who knows what it is called as they always

advertise the dates and you can look it up online aswell!

They only decide a couple of weeks before each party, it isn't planned that much in advance. The black moon partys however do always happen on the black moon.

Partying has been going on regularly 3 times a month unless they've changed something in past months. Every black moon and both half moons so check up from a calender that shows moon cycles and you have pretty much the closest schedule anyone can predict now. If there's heavy raining, they usually postpone the party to the following day but since it packs up after midnight rain is usually finished and January - February are few of the driest months...
