Maxnet E-mail Not Available?

Has anybody else had problems trying to get the 'maxnet' email service to work in the last 2 days. My internet is working fine, but I only get 'error' when I try to access my e-mails via maxnet. Interesting thing is that even when I try and access the 'maxnet' web site it comes up as 'error', any ideas ???? I reported this to TT&T the other day at the office in Hua-Hin but they denied any knowledge of any problems.

This may be of help or not, I dont know.

A few months ago I had big problems with my Emails. After wading through lots of help files, I read that I should reboot my DSL modem.

Close down, unplug the power lead and the cable to the Computer.

Wait 10 minutes.

Reconnect the cables and restart the computer

The lights all flashed in series and settled down, then everything was OK for me.

It worked for me. It is simple, non-destructive and worth a try.
