I must say I really, really like his music. Saw him in person at a small club in Chiangmai a few years ago, I was seated in the front row tables with several Thai friends. Of course being the only farang there I was target of some of his jokes but was all in good fun. He joined us at our table between sets for a few drinks and he is a very likable person. I think I surprised everyone, especially him, when I could sing one of his Thai songs in its' entirety, though I believe most would have not called it singing.

Here is a site where you can see and hear some of his lyrics including English translations if not familiar with his works. Definitely worth seeing again and would like to know more about schedules.

Last November 2006 he played at Hilary Bar in Suk Soi 4

I had tickets and was going to fly up to see him but had to go to meeting in Korea at last minute.

With hindsight that might have been the straw that broke the camels back (or the trip to india 2 weeks later ) as last chance to patch things up with the ex but I chose to travel as I had only been in the new role a month!
