Ok im 24 years of age nationality Singaporean ...Married to a Thai Wife....I recently was Given a Non Immigrant Visa Type O valid For 1 year starting from july and expire next year july 2004 by the Thailand Embassy in Singapore.....When i arrive at Don Muang Airport the Immgigration officer stamp a 3 month stay fir me at my passport....

Well my Question is ...What happen after my 3 month ended...

1) can i extentd it at the immigration beureu for another 1 or 3 month ??

2) and how much do i pay for it??

3)what documents should i bring along?

If you can meet the extension of stay support Thai wife requirements of 400k in Thai bank account/income of 40k per month or have job with work permit you can go to immigration after sixty days and apply for extension. Your wife will also have to go with you and photos together/forms/TM.7 and proofs will be required.

If you do not meet these requirement you will have to depart Thailand before your 90 day stay is up. You can then enter again for another 90 days.
