A small but modern one-bed condo in a newly completed building with all the mod-cons including swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym. Security is also excellent. Has private parking too.

I fully furnished the condo last year and included is a big screen TV (with cable), DVD, connection for internet, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron, cuddly toy... etc. Basically the place is ready for anyone to move straight in without needing anything. It's on the tenth floor with a great view across Bangkok.

The building is located to the west of Bangkok in Pinklao. This is a nice end of town with all ammenities, such as Central and Major. For transport there is a bus stop right in front of the building. If the traffic is moderate it's about a 20 minute ride into the city centre. The building is also about 5 mins from Chao Prya River - you can take an express boat from here to Saphan Taksin, which is on the Skytrain line.

Six month contract is 15k per month. Longer or shorter can be discussed.
