Suvarnabhumi To Nakhon Sawan

A friend arrives at Suvarnabhumi airport at 18-45 hours and is wanting to get to Nakhon Sawan.

I understand the last bus from Mor Chit leaves at 18-00 hours so that does not seem an option.

But I do know mini buses run from BKK to Nakhon Sawan though I do not know where from and what times they run.

If anyone can help with information (names of companies, phone numbers etc) we would be grateful.

A taxi would cost 2000-2500B approx,would be the easiest option:)

As the other responder said, just hiring a driver is the easiest. Also agree that 2k-2.5k baht is appropriate, if not a bit on the high side. Your friend may have a hard time getting someone to drive that far out at that time of day. Another option is to just get a room for the night and then catch the first sprinter train from Hua Lamphong first thing next morning. Haven't looked at the schedule for a while, but the train would get them into NS by late morning. Your friend could even stay out near DM and pick it up there.

As another option :-

Looking at SRT times. The last train leaves at 22-00 hours from Hua Lamphong BKK to Chiang Mai.

Not knowing how far from the airport to the station and with an arrival time of 18-45 at Suvarnabhumi airport would it be realistic to be able to catch that train?? Considering immigration and baggage collection times.

** I have just checked. The same train Leaves Don Muang station at 22-49. Would this be an easier option - for the train??

The taxi does sound a reasonable option but if they do decline the fare then it would be good to look at all options.
