I will be visiting Chiang Mai in a couple of weeks to go to the Thai passport office for my son.

I am looking to buy a rocking chair for my wife.

Does anybody know were I will find one?

We won't really have much time so is there anywhere the Passort office (not far from immigration)

I know there is a large shoping center nearby (sorry can't remember name).

I remember seeing only one in the furniture shop by Big C.

If you come off the super highway going towards Big C, you will see a furniture shop with assorted furniture, mostly wood tables, chairs, et al on the left hand side before arriving into the Big C carpark.

Although I saw one rocking chair, there was some others that were a sliding swing type.

Big C would be about 10 minutes drive from the airport.
