Houses And Living In Ayuttaya

Featured Replies

Hi

Maybe someone on this Central board can help me.

What are house prices like in Ayuttaya, i.e. how much for a decent 3 bedroom house 10 years or less on about a rai.

What can you get for 1 to 1.5 million baht? Half decent or crap?

Also shopping and services? Tesco, True cable TV, ADSL?l

Thanks in advance.

I live in Lopburi, and am not all that familiar with Ayuttaya, but I would hazard a guess comparing Lopburi to Ayuttaya, that you can get a really decent house for that kind of money. Shopping is readily available with both Big C and Tesco. True cable tv - yes. I don't know about ADSL, I use TOT satelite internet.

Theres new housing complex right behind Tesco Lotus on Ayutthaya Grand park

3 bedroom..but lil higher that u mentioned

We had 2 beddoom house right on the front of it. Though we rent it but we asked the neighbours that they got for 900k THB. Nice and convinient..theres also club house...

Depends on what area u loking for..center or lil suburb..

We use TOT ADSL for internet and UBC True for satelite TV.
