Does by any chance anyone of you know if there is an italian restaurant (or just an italian pizzeria or something of that sort) in the city of LAMPANG ....?

While I am at it ... any meat/burger place there ...?

I think the options are pretty limited in Lampang. There is a Pizza Company Restaurant in town, and Big C has a Pizza Establishment downstairs.

The Riverside Restaurant and Bar, has a large menu, with some western style food. They have a large selection of pizza, but have not tried them yet. I did have a burger there, and it was OK, not special though. I noticed spaghetti, and steaks on the menu, which I want to try sometime.

It is located on Tipchang Rd. , right on the Wang River, in town.

I am still learning the town myself.

Sounds pretty good for being out in the boonies!

Its the best place in town for farang food, its owned by a Belgian woman married to a Thai. I used to go there often when I lived in Lampang. No other place in town has such a good range of western food.

Good pizzas at the Riverside but the oven is not fired up every night. Tuesdays, Thursdays for sure and I think Saturday a well.
