I have Italian and American citizenship. After three years of marriage I believe that I can pass my Italian citizenship to my wife. Will the Thai government allow her to be a dual citizen or will she have to renounce her Thai citizenship.

My wife has an Aussie passport as well as as a Thai one

Although Thailand officially does not recognize dual citizenship (much like the USA) they have no laws that prevent it (although they have tried to make them). So if your wife obtains another citizenship she will not lose her Thai citizenship unless she officially takes action to do so.
