Apec Business Travel Card

I have been granted an APEC Business Travel Card and

I have a couple of relatively straightforward questions

which the issuing authority dont seem too clear about.

But at least they confirmed there are

a small number other people in Thailand who already

have it ???

If there is an another APEC card holder

out there who wouldn`t commenting on a couple

of matters , I would really appreciate it.
