I like the look of this new project on Pattanakan soi 69 (www.estarplc.com), but know nothing about this area or Srinakarin where many other seemingly good projects are going up. I know Petchburi turns into Pattanakan road, but what facilities are there on this road? I know of a Jusco as the nearest supermarket and On Nut (via Seacon Square) the nearest BTS.

What's the peak/off peak traffic like to get to the BTS station or to Childom area by car from here?

Is there any new MRT station planned for this area?

Anyone live here and can offer opinions on facilities, restaurants, crime etc?
