True Sme Very Very Slow

Featured Replies

I am using true SME package/ During the daytime I can NOT even use VOIP that requires a 90 kps. I am own the 2 MB package..... the Delay gets long and I can NOT hear the caller at all...IT seems true is blocking or putting VOIP on low priority maybe to force you to use their lame VOIP service. ..My test speeds will go down to 200 or lower on speakeasey.net San Francisco. .....I can not use the service at all if I only get 200 kps and my VOIP from Vonage breaks up so much it is useless from 9 am to 7 pm.

I moved my true service from my Ladprao 71 to Chok Chai 4. at the office in Central Ladprao they tryed to make me do a 6 month contract I said NO NO NO...well today I called to try to cancel and try CSLOXINGO SME and they said I had a 6 month contract!!!! I am on the SME package and can NOT even get VOIP to work during business hours...10 pm everything works fine.....I m so fed up with this company but seems I am forced to use them no matter what.....I got a TOT line and was told no ports for internet even with another ISP. how can anyone do business in Thailand with such bad internet??? this has been going on allmost 2 weeks now and when I call they just tell me we do NOT have enough international link.... Would a lawyer be able to help me get out of the contract so I could use CSLOGINFO??? no CAT in my area it seems, never even got a call back from those people what can I do??
