Hello Johnny8,

I think that a list as you ask have no use. A exhaust is build to the specifications of a engine to the absorb the flow of gasses, to give contra pressure at the engine need and to local laws about noise reduction.

So if you can give some more details about the engine, type of engine, 2 or 4 stroke, fuel, carburetor or injection, cylinder size and power band then it’s more easy to look up the models and types.

Please don't, just stick to original. The problem, from my point of view, is the noise. Put a loud exhaust on an R1 and it's only really loud when going extremly fast. Put a loud exhaust on a honda wave and it's extremly loud at 30kph whilst passing within 5 feet and takes so long to be far enough away not to be loud any more

yours sincerely

Hi Dutchrdam

I think if somebody makes a list of all Thai exhaust systems, it would be as thick as a telephone book

Very true. Not workeble at all that is why i did ask specs of the engine. Without this it have no use to come with a advice.

I am looking for those after market 4 stroke exhaust that only increases the noise

because I do modify bikes for my friends and also I'm not looking for a complete list

If you want a specific note, you're going to have to do some searching. If you just want Harley loud, take off the endcap from the stocker and drill out the center.

Yes that is the best advise that you can get.

To less sound in the exhaust….. drill holes in’t

To much sound in the exhaust …welt the holes

I hope that you live far away from my place because I don’t want to get awake from a “hear me drive” motorbike.

HI

New here and I was wondering if anyone knows a list with all of endurance's exhausts

Thans in advance

Pop down to your local Thai bike shop and if they don't have what you need go to the next one etc.

One Saturday of searching will probably get you what you want.

BTW Load exhausts are simply that loud. If it is a chicken chaser it will still sound like one. To get a really nice sound you have to modify the motor a bit. A longer overlap cam make the most difference (1200 bath) that and more compression Big valve head (2500 -300). Add a bigger carb (800-ish) all bolt on and you can have a sweet sounding bike.

We have all noticed the different sounds of performance cams, with the distinct lopes or rough idle. This occurs when the exhaust valve opens earlier and lets the sound of combustion go out into the exhaust pipes. It may actually still be burning a little when it passes out of the engine, so this can be a very pronounced sound.

Well I happen to live in a village in the middle of no where and late at night when the little punks race, I really want to hear one of those blow up and preferably the rider with it.

I agree with you about a lumpier cam, big valve head, bigger carb etc. but I'm struggling to find where to buy them. I like thai bikes and with a little bit of work they can be fun but I can't find the bits!!

I know there are 164cc big bore kits for wave 125's, forged pistons, heads, cams etc. etc. but I can't find them. If you could point in the right direction I would be much obliged, my wave is crying out for more compression and more fuel.

Cheers

Something like this?:

Highspeed Pistons seems to have a decent selection.

One possibility. Asean Motor Their stuff is available in most decent shops. Where are you located?

I bought most of my engine stuff in local dealers in Rayong because I was living there.

Big Valve heads seem to be the hardest.

Not sure about the 125 but on the 100, you would need to machine the crankcase to accept any cylinder larger than standard as the 100 is an already enlarged 75. Had to on my 100 to get 115cc.

It's not a simple bolt on.

I think you can go to a 57mm piston without having to touch the crankcase on the 125. That gives 150cc - so I've been told anyway!!

Just check before you buy the new cylinder or get the new liner installed and of course the extra capacity won't do much at speed it you don't improve the breating.

My 2c I'd do the breathing bit first. But it depends on usage. If you want to carry a big load back from the store and the exit is uphill then yes the extra capacity will help but if you want to improve cruising or top speed.

If it is still the sound you want to improve the extra capacity won't do squat.

You can also take a dream 100cc engine and throw in a piston from a cheer and bump it up to 125cc.

The Honda nice 110cc engine is the same as the dream, but it has a clutch.

At the moment I am taking the dream engine off my Chaly and I am going to put the Nice engine with cheer piston on it. I hope to be lifting the wheel into 4th haha.
