Your attitude might make it a problem. Your financial status might make it a problem. Her/your marriage status might be a problem. :o

Seriously you do not give anyone enough information to advise you.

There is serious paperwork and time involved. Not that hard if you are careful but it will take more than just saying you love her. Check the US Embassy Bangkok web site and read the links then if you have specific questions people will be more able to help.
