Hill Mynah Bird Thinks He's A Tuk Tuk

Featured Replies

They're amazing aren't they?

There was one at the local shop, greeted customers Watdee Khaaaaap, kept asking "Tao Rai?"(How much?), also made the sound of a motorcycle kick started , funniest of all , the Honda Wave horn! Beep! Beep! :o

Last time I saw it, it's feet seemed to be have been eaten away, burned/melted by the crap accumulating in it's untidy cage. Cage is now empty. :D

I Have 2 at my home and they like to wolf whistle..they mimic chickens roosters and say pai nai swadde khap etc..

but glad to say i got big cage for them to fly around and they are well taken care of ..but like you said i have seen them in small tiny cages mad.gif

My neighbor had one that cleared its throat like it was going to hack (obviously someone near the bird did this on a regular basis) and also imitated our neighbor's wife yelling at him. :P

But the bird was in a good size cage and lived a good long while. Alot of people don't seem to understand that they are birds and need space :(
