In attempting to change his password, Jayenram incorrectly typed the old password therefore the new one was not recognised. Since then, he has been unable to log-in with the original password. The "forgotten password" facility did not appear to w*rk as the re-activation email was not received (after 3 hours).

Anyone any ideas?

There is a "recover password" function that can be used. The new password will be sent to the email address you registered on the forum with.
