Recording/rehearsal Studios,guitar Repairs?

Does anyone know of a good location to rehearse or do some recordings in the Pattaya area. There used to be a guy from Bangkok with a set up, but he packed it up. Also in great need of guitar repairs (ie. refretting and modifications), know any reliable person? Thanx...

Awesome! I really need some advice and help here.......I am messing around with Cubasis VST..but I am all new to recording on the computer...I got a few tracks down..but I would greatly appreciate some pointers etc....I am also using a soundblaster audigy with guitar port(line 6) or through a POD....If you got time we could have a few beers ..and talk it through...Thanx
