Why is that funny?

I meant: "Mainstream", as in: a widely circulated newspaper in Thailand.

Truth be told it would be even MORE astonishing in the Thai Rath, but you cannot dismiss a paper like the Bangkok Post as not being Thai and not being very widely circulated AND read, also by many educated Thais. (God knows why though, I don't think the Post is very good by any journalism standard, but it IS mainstream, in the sense that it's not some fringe communist/student's journal-rag where one might expect something a little more outspoken.)

Regardless, if it filled you with joy and laughter then that's an added and very welcome bonus. :o

went to BKK last Monday I wore my yellow jacket with insignia because it was the only jacket that I possess which I ned to wear to cover my TPV uniform when I'm not working, (I was working later that evening in BKK).

Well no matter the occassion. I always think a Farang wearing a yellow jacket with Insignia or more so a TPV uniform always stands out any day of the year. But whatever takes your fancy......each to their own :o seems ODD to me.
