I worked half a year in this field and I can only recommend to get a company overseas or contact some of the webdesign companies that are run by farangs. This is just my experience but we worked with several Thai companies and their work was sub standard, sometimes stolen scripts and design-wise a disaster.

Some of the farang webdesign companies won't take jobs from Thai companies though. Good luck. Rent-a-coder and e-lance is something to consider.
