I have other studios and 1 bedrooms from 8500-14500baht a month and they come with air conditioning, free wireless internet, and UBC. Nice view from the balcony as well. I think it's about 3km, yes, but I'm not sure where Thong Lo Towers is at. Soi 25 is just past Playground. There's an S&P restaraunt at the beginning of the soi.
