Is This Abnormal

Featured Replies

I would like to know if anyone else gets an erection when they pooh ?

I have had this problem for as long as I can remember.

Any advice ?

maby you have to slow down on the anal sex for awhile, like give it up.

Normal, I know what you mean.

Possibly linked to your waste stimulating the prostate gland as it passses through.

EG, the biological area that is called the G spot for a woman.

Not sure if this is what u r talking about. Some people, and maybe it happens to all men on occasion, release a small amount of seminal type fluid during a BM. That is because the feces, causes presure on the prostate gland, thus it causes the fluid to be squezed or released out of the prostate. It is not really a matter of "fun" or good sensation in this sense.

But if you are saying you feel randy every time you have a BM..... I don't have any experience or knowledge to share with you on that.

It happens to some people and is harmeless, don't worry about it.

If aside from concern that it is "ábnormal"(which it is not) it is causing you some sort of difficulty in your daily life, keeping the stool soft by a high fiber diet may help. Straining and passing hard stool are more likely to provoke this response than effortlessly passing soft feces.
