I need some help from someone who is familiar with government offices in Thailand, specifically the city of Lopburi.

Can someone tell me the postal address of the mayor's office and the name of the mayor?

Also I need to know the title (name would help too) of the person in charge of the Lopburi Municipal office. I have the address for that, but do not know the title of the person in charge.

Any help would be appreciated very much.
