Very nice quiet and safe soi that is a dead end so no through traffic. Mix of different people from everyday folks to the royal family on the soi. Close to BTS (too far to walk but sure tuk-tuk or motorcycle) and close to Rama VI expressway. The house I am buying is just down the soi. The landlords live next door and are wonderful people. I'll pay rent until it's rented so I'd like to help them find someone. Because they are friends now and we will still be neighbors I want to find a nice couple or family to be in the house. They will want a 1 year lease. 3 bedroom 3 bath Maids room Kitchen TV room Living / dining room Two 2nd floor decks parking for 1-2 cars.
