Paradorn Delisted from World Ranking

The Association of Tennis Professionals remove Thai tennis star Paradorn Srichaphan from its world's ranking table due to his absence from professional tournaments for more than a year.

Former world number 9 ranked professional tennis player, Paradorn Srichaphan has already been removed from the world ranking table by the Association of Tennis Professionals or ATP after he missed tournaments for a year due to a wrist injury.

However, the ATP still allowed Paradorn to claim the 75th rank spot after he completed his first nine tournaments following his absence.

Paradorn's wrist injury has not yet completed healed but he is said to start a training program next month and he is also expected to return to the court by the beginning of June and join the third grand slam of this season, the Australian Open, which is held in late June.

As for the latest ATP world rankings, Danai Udomchoke ranked 204th, marking the highest rank for a Thai singles male tennis professional player at the moment. In the doubles ranking table, the twins Sonchat and Sanchai Rattiwat stayed at 43rd.

As for the Women's Tennis Association rankings, Tammarine Thanasukarn dropped to 88th from 84th.

Am a bit confused about his comeback details though.The 3rd Grand Slam of the year is Wimbledon.The 2nd is the

French Open and the last(4th) is the US Open ,sometime in September I think.

I remember,this year,in January I think,watching the Australian Open final with the new exciting sensation,---

Jo Wilfred Tsonga playing in it.He got beaten by Djokovic,but was an enjoyable final!!!!

Maybe,if it actually is the 3rd Grand Slam,he'll make a comeback at good old SW17.I remember it as the

first time I saw him breaking through by beating Andre Agassi in a good display!!!

Didn't know the fact that he actually got to hit no.9 in the world for a brief period.That's probably a bit of a

distant,wet-dream scenario when he thinks of it now.Can't see him doing much now to be honest,I think he's

pretty much finished,but if he did manifest a miraculous renaissance I would be the first to be happy for him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was a means of explaining his "wrist injury" that won't heal.... As he dropped out of Top 10... down to the Top 25.... down to Top 50..... down to the Top 100.... etc. her interest in and attention to him began waning drastically...

When he recalls their glory days and how things were going so great with her when he was World Ranked...

I was implying that as his fame as a celebrity and his accompanying star-status dropped.... so did her interests in him... leaving him to "go to the net" by himself... either prompting or aggrevating his condition....

Well he's been married for a fair while now, so I'm sure he's getting plenty of practice playing on his own. Maybe he's going to try and become the No 1 ranked Tosser in Thailand, although thats pretty difficult as the competitionis pretty hot for that position. Thailand the Hub for Tossers.
