In Pattaya I've Zone Reality from a South Africa satellite on Sophon so, most of the time anyway, I get the schedule right. No such luck in BKK where I used to have their schedule for Hong Kong but it has disappeared and I can't figure out on what country's satellite they're on. I thus miss a lot of good shows. Anybody knows on what country's schedule ZR is in BKK?

I spoke with ZR in Europe about the lack of details on thier web site - their cryptic reply suggested to me that they were aware of Thai TV stealing the feed and were looking to stop it.

In the roll-down "select country" menu Hong Kong (for Thailand schedules minus one hour) used to be listed. Not any more and I can't relate any country to what I receive in BKK.

Thanks for that - yes I too had found that link and tried to match what I saw on TV with the listings and there is no correlation that I could see. Two points that occur to me, firstly is the mentioning of programme timings to the HK and IST (Indian) clock and second was a programme refferance to the Feburary Season of True Life Dumbest Ghost Murder Pets or similar.

I am guessing that this is either a time delayed recording from somewhere or due to licencing/fees ZR do not wish to support Thai viewers.

It is the same in Pattaya on Sophon and BTV both local cable services.

Not high brow TV but easy on the brain with a beer after work - and the girls are easy on the eye too.

That explains the occasional Polish commercials... Too bad they stopped airing "Parco, P.I."; loved that show.

Btw, the movie channels I have at my apartment are all dubbed in Thai! Exception is one channel in the evening called "Stream ABCD" or something. I tried in vain to find the webpage of this channel on the internet. Any idea as for the channel's url?
