Kan Win, I can sympathise with you, as last season my other team Torquay were relegated to the conference, and my main team Man Utd won the EPL. It was strange, one team first and the other team last. I'll never have a problem with either team, thick or thin it doesn't matter. I'm hoping that this year I'll get the ultimate: Torquay are in the play offs and the final of the FA Trophy, and United possibly winning the EPL and the ECL. Maybe it'll be the same for you next year.

Now I will have to wait and see.

Being from Nottingham myself makes it a sad occassion for me also Kan. Mansfield, always the perenial strugglers in the lower reaches of L2 with the occassional sojourn into L1 all be it a brief stay. With Notts also hovering around the drop zone for most of the season, add that to our lot, Forest, struggling to get out of L1, makes it a miserable time right now for the Nottinghamshire clubs. Even Hucknall Town were relegated out of the Blue Square North division this season !!

Ohh for the European Cup nights again...when we were battling it out for the right to be real champions of Europe.....rather than this mickey mouse "champions" league format. (I thought I'd get that one in Toadie Mate :o )

Calderwood ready for Championship

Manager Colin Calderwood says Nottingham Forest are in good shape to live with the biggest clubs in the Championship after their promotion. :D Well done Forest

Pearson proud of Saints survival :D

Southampton manager Nigel Pearson has said he is proud to have kept the club in the Championship after a dramatic final day of the season.

Saints' 3-2 home win over Sheffield United proved enough to stay up as Leicester could only draw with Stoke.

Sadly Kan Win, Torquay have had a meltdown at Plainmoor against the scum :o today, so no promotion. Hopefully Man Utd will ease the pain.
