Does Anyone Knows The Ins & Outs Of Spa Waterdelivery?

Featured Replies

Hi

We are very happy that we found Spa water and that they provide the service of delivering water to the house.

We started of with thinking we where going to use two / three bottles per week and delivery man would come every monday. He soon came on tuesday/wednesday and so I arranged a way for him to get the money for the bottles even if we where not at home. Great!!!

But then he started to only come maybe once every 14 days and then he would a week later and so on. When I did see him and we had only one empty bottle that he came to collect he did not seem very happy.

I can understand, because we are not very close to main roads and the only ones in the area that have water delivered.

But now he comes so irregular that we have to buy a spair bottle of water at Tesco so that we do not run out. I have now suggested to the company that we have two more bottles spare so we never run out and the delivery man can come once every two weeks.

They have not got back to me yet.

Is anyone else having these issues?

Any suggestions how to make it easyer both ways?

And if all else fails is there another (blue) waterdelivery option on the island?

Thank you

Why not call the guy?

You mean everytime we need water?

Havent thought about that option and did not speak enough Thai, nor did he speak english, to come to that solution. Up until now communication has gone thru email and a lady calls me back. Maybe I should suggest that. Is that how other people do it?

I understood they just came every week.

I'm pretty sure my maid calls them before we run out as she seems to be expecting them when they honk their horn.

Thanks

I gave up on them and now go out and buy the 6 litre bottles of Minere water.
