What is required if my company would like to send a Thai staff to Italy for a short meeting?

Do we have to put a guarantee or something?

If the Thai staff would like to continue touring France and UK after the meeting, can that be possible? If yes, how?

In the case of the UK it would mean getting a Visa from The UK Visa Application Center in Bangkok.

If he/she managed to get a Visa to visit Italy they would be able to visit France.

Or she can fly to Ireland from any EU country and after go to London don't need Uk visa but when she coma back she must fly from Ireland not London. :o
