At MBK first floor, all the way to the upper left corner (from standing in main entrance) there's a leather shop that sells a lot of western gear. Noticed it last time I was there and tried to remember the last time I saw a Thai Cowboy :-)

Have heard there is a large community of western/cowboy enthusiasts in Thailand, but I think they are mostly located around Pattaya.

(Notice I didn't recommend Soi Cowboy for western fun:-)

You could try Chao phraya Bootery located at 116 Silom Soi 4. Custom make cowboy boots in four or five days apparently.

There's also an address for them on the net at 141 Sukhumvit 11 Sukhumvit Road but I'm not sure if this location is still correct.
