Would really appreciate any advice from condo owners who lease their units.

Seems to me getting a reputable firm to manage the place while I'm working (overseas several months of the year) is the crucial point. (without getting fleeced on the fee)

Anyone have a good property manager they can recommend?

Also I could really use a reliable man to fix the inevitable problems with the units.

If in Phuket and want a rental management company try PiPS. They have an office/showroom in Cherng Talay somewhere near the new tesco lotus. Is that what you were looking for a management company?

Thanks for the suggestion Gus. I had a bit of a lapse there - should have mentioned my units are in Bangkok - both just off Sukhumvit.
