Im coming to PP in Sept/ Oct and wanted to rent an apartment. Questions:

1. How do I go about this?

2. Any recommended areas in the city?

3. How much bond is required?

4. Do I need previous rental references from oz?

5. Any tips / advice to avoid problems would be appreciated.

Dependant on what kind of apartment you require could make a difference in the area,if you want cooking facilities,maid service or whatever . The usual is 3 months down plus a months rent,no references in most instancies . The price is around $150.00 per month and up , but what you get for your money can vary a great deal so be carefull .
