Pattaya. Where?
IMO any farang wanting to turn Pattaya into a family resort should be tied to a tree on the promenade and katoeys allowed to throw stones at him. Then tied to a baht bus and dragged to North Bus station and deported in the baggage compartment of a bus to Ekamai, never to return. -

Pattaya. Where?
Were there ever? The only strictly BJ place I knew of was on Patpong, not that I visited it- L T was my style. I spent many many happy visits in Pattaya and trawled the bars from Walking Street ( I was there long before that even existed ) on both second and Beach roads to as far up Naklua Rd as the bars went, but I never saw a BJ bar, nor was one ever mentioned in my presence.
