For the last 3 weeks, I have met with an error page when trying to access this site.

It is the site of UK National Savings. I am beginning to suspect some servers from outside the UK are blocked from viewing this page as the investments are for UK residents.

Would somebody else located in Thailand check it for me please?

My internet is provided by True but through the apartment. I don't know if that makes any difference.

I use it every month to check my premium bonds with no problem apart from it telling me I haven't on anything again. My ISP is also True
