Not sure if they have a license for those things, but this could be a interesting case. As most people know, there are harsh penalties ( fines,, loss of points, Jail time, Loss of license ) for drunk driving most vehicles.

So in theory he could be banned from driving his wheelchair for a year, how modern day that'd be.

Will be interesting, cause most people would be banned for months if done in for drink driving. Even if you lived in the woops, where the is no public transport ( and as such could not go an buy your food, get to work ), the courts would not give a Flying F............
