Looking For Aircon Cleaning Service

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I checked this forum and also the yellow pages but I could not find addresses of companies providing AirCon cleaning and repair in Bangkok.

Since there are so many AirCons in Bangkok one would expect it to be easy to find such companies.

Do you have any contact, website whatsoever?

I need a comprehensive cleaning of my AirCon as well as maybe some repair (infrared "receiver" on the aircon works only sporadically).

Thanks a lot

Talk to the one where you bought the AC's from. If this is not your house / condo and you only rent then the landlord will be able to arrange a cleaning for you, or at least give you a phone to call. Good luck

Kang Yong co.ltd seems like good value.

In comparison, I have been using Touch Home Care (owned by Sansiri group). I have 5 Daikin aircons and I'm charged more than double for a 1 year contract with quarterly servicing.

I presume we are talking split systems here.

I am no Air Con Guru, do they just clean the dust filter in the unit inside the room, or is there another filter outside in the compressor.

I don’t know f there is a filter out side to clean, but if there is, I could only imagine in BKK how filthy it would be with pollution.

Any tips are very welcome.

I can not talk about other brand, but the one I have, they open it and take the drum out (inside), plus pressure water jet into the unit(inside).

outside just pressure water.

I could not do the inside !

What I have found with the Mitsubishi is it is a top quality unit, save money on running cost compare to the one I have before.

But expensive to buy and need cleaning often

I suggest DIY with the cleaning and filter replacement, filter will set you back 300 baht brand new and cleaning the rear with water only takes 5 minutes. look it up on youtube, they have an excellent step by step video
