I was on theThai Visa Forum yesterday and suddenly an unsolicitated ad from Thai Visa came up and immediately thereafter my screen froze and I had to turn off everything to get back.

Not being a computer expert I need to know what causes screens to freeze?

And could the "ad" have caused it?

( I have Kaspersky anti virus installed which may or may not be relevant).

Sorry cannot tell you exact details :perhaps either the Visa, or Pattaya, Property forum, one or other and the ad was about property or for a restaurant.

I suppose if other members have the same problem they can post here.
