OK I can find wheat flour for bread. I can find dark rye flour. But I can't find different types with the exact numbers and how fine they are.

Maybe just a 4-5 different types at all. Does anyone know where to get more types? Maybe a baker who sell these??

thanks if anyone know...Would like to make different breads on my fresh imported bread machine...... :o

Surprisingly, the Tops at Silom Centre has a very big assortment of flour types. Not sure about other locations.

That's surprising....

Will check it out, if I don't explode before (since days I eat home made rye bread with a lot of yeast.......)
