Gyms Near Thong Lo, Phrom Peng - Not Wow, Tf, Raquet

Featured Replies

Hi,

I checked Wow - far too busy, ditto True Fitness.

Racquet Club seems expensive -

Any alternatives?

The Emporium (Suites) club is nice and not too busy.

Same for the The Capitol Club at President Park Apartments on Soi 24.

If those don't suit you, check out other gyms in hotels or serviced apartment buildings as they usually have good facilities and equipment. Smaller than the clubs you mentioned, but usually no crowds.

Thanks, Eros. But can you use the gyms in the serviced appartments if you are not staying there?

E.g. I was staying at centrepoint on Thong Lo (highly recommended, by the way) - but they won't let me use the gym now I have left.

I will check the suggestions you give - thanks again for the assistance

Ok - Eros - I checked -- yes I can use; fairly expensive but a good option. I shall try some other places...

Thanks again

The Balance health club on Sukhumvit Soi 30/1 is nice. It has squash courts, gym and swimming pool etc. It is between Tong Lor and Prom Pong BTS.
