Not sure if they cut keys, but there is a BMW dealers on Sirin Thong, about 2km's along from Krung Thong bridge, Bangphlat.

Normally you can make car keys copies at a key shop in many big shopping center in Bangkok, such as Central Lad Prao shopping center, Ma Boon Krong (MBK) center,... You can ask at information of the shoping center too, they will tell you where you can find the shop.
