Where To Find Plexiglass In Chiang Mai?

Does anyone know of a shop that sells plexiglass sheets in different colors and has the capability to professionally cut, heat, bend and polish them?

I asked my girlfriend to help me find someplace but the word I found in Thai for plexiglass in one of my Thai dictionaries, she says, only translates to "polymer" and she doesn't understand exactly what I'm looking for.
