August 27, 200817 yr Hi, I want to take a 7 day break and do a little retreat. I'm looking for a good meditation center around Bangkok that is quiet and offers a decent place to stay. I would love to have a single room because besides doing meditation I just want to be alone for some time and if possible enjoy the nature a bit so a nice garden or outdoor area would be great too. I do not need intensive instructions but some workshops or something similar for a few hours a day would be good. I would prefer if it is around Bangkok (1-2 hours driving distance) but if its a bit further away I'm fine as well if its worth it. Would be great to hear some suggestions.
