September 2, 200817 yr Bangkok governor election may be delayed BANGKOK: -- Suthipon Thaweechaiyagarn, secretary general of Election Commission, said if the state of emergency is in place for a long time, the commission could have to delay the Bangkok governor election which is slated for October 5.
